Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Weight Loss (Rational living)

Weight loss has been a struggle for many people.  We often see it as punishment, denial, and frustration.  We all have at times struggled with our bodies whether we want to change it or maintain it.  It's just not easy to do.  I found that in my practice that there is a strong correlation between our mood and body.  Studying under Dr. Aldo Pucci, I became a Certified Weight Loss Specialist so that I can support individuals and myself to a better future that does not feel like just a diet!  Diets don't work well for most people.   This program is about losing weight naturally and rationally.  We offer individual, family, and group classes. We are offering various packages.  Please email us at inspiredlead@gmail.com if you are interested.  If not now, then when?  Here are some of the feedback we received.

“While weight and food management can be challenging on many levels, this course provided concrete information as to why as well as cognitive behavioral and rational actions to activate a realistic and functional plan.”

"I have really enjoyed meeting each week for the CBT Rational Weightloss Class.  It was so nice to get new perspectives on being mindful of my emotions, feelings, and mood prior to making food choices and why I make them at the time that I do.  The information was so helpful and it propelled me to ensure that I slow down in life overall, and make sure that I don't have any regrets, reward myself for the wonderful progresses that I have made, and be good to my body for how it supports me throughout my life.  I would totally recommend this class to everyone I know!"

Financial Social Work

Have you ever looked at your financial situation and wondered about how it got this way despite the knowledge that you have about it?  Have you ever been bothered by making the same financial mistakes over and over again? Some of us go to financial advisors and take comfort and someone else managing our finances and creating accountability. That does not always feel better. Financial struggles can be overwhelming and debilitating.  Financial Social Work is an opportunity for individuals, families, and groups to be educated about their relationship with money.  It breaks down the things that contribute to your choices and develops a plan to address it.  Sometimes people feel like they know the cause but don't have the means to stop it.  This class is for people at various financial levels that want to take a deeper dive to find solutions and become more proactive. We offer individual, family, and group classes.  The classes are one hour for five weeks at $25 per class.  Please email us at inspiredlead@gmail.com if you are interested in signing up.  Here is some feedback that we received:

The simple acknowledgement and awareness of how my parents managed money and how it affects my thought process and action with money was eye opening. Such a simple thing I had never considered.”

Expressive Arts

Has it ever been difficult to talk about what you're feeling or your past experiences? Sometimes it's hard to talk about things, so why not express it in other ways? Through our weekly group, we'll be doing a number of activities that will help you process, explore, and challenge current or past life experiences in a non verbal manner. After each activity, we'll get the opportunity to reflect on what we've made or done. You don't have to be an artist to make something special! This group is catered towards young adults, ages 18-30.
